This really looks like a yogurt place- but I am not sure which one. Yogurtlicious maybe? If it is a new place you found tell me- we are obsessed with yogurt over here :)
Okay you might have stumped me this time. I've never been! but I will take my best guess and say Nubi yogurt as my awnser! (if you look closely in the photo, there is yogurt to the left of Anderw) :D
That's on the way to Loma Linda hospital, on Barton Road, and was frequented by us many a times on the way to and from to visit our Cambria in the NICU! Super good, loved the Cookies And CReam! Totally "Yogurtlicious"...yum!

mmmmm is that Yogurtlicious? I love that place. The tart Yogurt is so good.

is this at nubi frozen yogurt? i cant remember what it looks like on the inside but i know its a treat!
